 WINTER NEWSLETTER 2020

2020 Has been a challenging and difficult year for everyone as the Covid19 Coronavirus pandemic has changed our lives on many levels, perhaps showing us who and what really matters in our lives.

In The Winds of Truth channellings the Sixth Solar Plane is the Indigo Ray of Knowledge under Lord Mlyhyhia, the colour of the night sky which:

“reaches you much as star dust,-much in appearance as a separated beam of night sky”

Rather like a vey bright or shooting star. In “My Son” the channellings tell us that at the birth of Jesias, known to us as Jesus:

“Over the barn there burnt a brightness in the sky - the light of God, set there in token of the

Earth manifestation of a great one”

The channellings state that the force from the Indigo Ray is potent, like a powerful drug and should be taken sparingly as :

“Knowledge and learning can be dangerous unless you combine it with a love for your God

which has a stabilising effect”. “Knowledge is the hand-maiden of love”

and warns that knowledge should never be used for personal ends.

According to the channellings the Indigo Ray acts firstly on the pineal gland, then on the brain and lastly on the heart so knowledge is combined with and tempered by love. Many belief systems tell of the mind in the heart from Ancient Egypt to the White Eagle Lodge in the present time as the heart is thought to be the seat of the soul.

The Indigo Ray influences the fields of music, engineering, mathematics, medicine and science. The unprecendented pandemic has shown how reliant we are upon medicine and science. Our knowledge is limited and in order to get throught the current crisis we must accept and abide by the rules our Governments have decided upon based on the findings of medicine and science, not just the interests of our own safety but the safety of families, friends, wider community and everyone we meet- thus putting self-interest aside which is an expression of knowledge used with love.

Blue is the colour most widely used in healing in all its myriad shades. Indigo is calming and may act as a sedative for nervous disturbances, help with insomnia and pain. Indigo is said to help in times of rapid change such as we are living through as it purifies the blood and the mental spheres which is important at this time of too much information, much of which is not true, so our minds are clear thus we are able to descern and discriminate as to what we take on board as the mental sphere controls the psychic current of our finer bodies.

Indigo is the key to the intuitive realm of cosmic knowing representing our search for our inner selves so is related to spiritual understanding, as the channellings state:

“It is in the heart that you learn of love, it is in the heart that mysticism is imbibed, it is in the hear that man finds God”.

We may have been pleasantly surprised by how a simpler, quieter, less materialistic Festive season held more meaning, peace and joy.

Whatever our circumstances, we can gain comfort, a sense of perspective, serenity and peace of mind by visualising or gazing up at the indigo night sky sparkling with stars.

Feel the mystical love behind all things and hope for 2021 as all things pass. The Magi followed the stat intuitively with knowledge and love which is wisdom.

In 1939 Mrs. De Vere Smith and her soul mate David were instructed from the Spirit World to move the Winds of Truth Sanctuary from London to Glastonbury in Somerset which they did.

In 1933 John Cowper Powys published his monumental novel “A Glastonbury Romance” which has wonderful descriptions of the landscape, and, in parts, is prophetic. It is loosely about the Grail. The Sanctuary in Glastonbury was near the River Brue and The Sanctuary in Burnham-on-Sea is near the river estuaries as John Cowper Powys wrote:

“The mouths of the Parrett and the Brue are not far from each other, opposite Steart Island and the whole seven miles from Otterhampton to Mark’s Causeway

across Pawlett Level and Huntspill Level, inland from Highbridge and Burnham are intersected with dams, sluices and weirs holding back the sea floods”

Life may seem rather stagnant at present but still flows, like the rivers, to a different rhythm. Though the Sanctuary at Burnham is closed to visitors owing to the pandemic, our resident trustee Geraldine keeps it alive with regular meditations, distant healing and sending out books when ordered.

There are glimmers of hope on the horizon regarding the pandemic, as stars light the night sky, but there may be difficult times ahead so if you feel a need for protection at any time or before and after meditation: Visualise Archangel Michael robed in blue, (Lord Mikaal in the channellings), standing on the top of Glastonbury Tor holding his golden Sword of Light aloft drawing the equal-armed cross in the ether leaving trails of the light of knowledge tempered by love to reach all who are receptive to or feel a resonance with this vibration.

Before sleep, if thoughts are circling round think on these words from the channellings:

“The Indigo Ray under my beloved Mlyayhia is deep and soft in colour, dark as the night sky, yet holding within it

forces as numerous as the stars in that sky”.

Perhaps , in the subtle way of the Spirit World, John Cowper Powys was paving the way for the resurgence of interest in Archangel Michael, as in this prayer from “A Glastonbury Romance”

“Angels, one two and three guard thy counterpane for thee; while above thy sleeping head be the Wings of Michael spread”.
