Our new Sanctuary of the Solar Lodge has been dedicated and we have recently welcomed visitors from Australia and New Zealand so it is becoming an oasis of peace, sorely needed in the world at this time.
Blue is a peaceful, soothing colour and is the colour most widely used in healing - “The blueness of life, the spirituality of life, as described in the Winds of Truth channellings. Blue is the colour of the ozone layer surrounding the earth and the sky, the archway to heaven.
Mary Webb wrote that:-
“Blue varies from the sapphire as love-in-a-mist to indigo at the heart of a thunder cloud” and these various shades feature in the Winds of Truth channellings.
The Indigo Ray of Knowledge under the Lord of the Sixth Solar Place.
The White or Silver-flecked Ray the Medical Ray under the Archangel Raphael, Lord of the Eighth Solar Plane.
The Deep Royal Blue Ray of Magnetism, Heat and Electricity under Akhenaten, Lord of the Ninth Solar Plane. * Akhanaton is spelt in different ways.
The Pale or Cornflower Blue Ray of Recording and Foresight under the Recording Lord of the Tenth Solar Plane.
The Lapis Blue Ray of Power and Ruler-ship under Archangel Michael, Lord of the Twelfth Solar Plane.
Other rays make up the spectrum of the rainbow but five rays in the shades of blue illustrate its' importance to the Winds of Truth channellings.
The peaceful colour of blue is greatly needed at this time – within ourselves and our communities, our countries and in the world. At our meetings we generally have the following Celtic Blessing written by Fiona Macleod, whose real name was William Sharp. It is called “Deep Peace”.
Deep peace of the running wave to you,
deep peace of the flowing air to you,
deep peace of the quiet earth to you,
deep peace of the shining stars to you,
and from the Son of Peace, deep peace.
William Sharp/Fiona Macleod visited Glastonbury in 1904. During his visit he went to the River Brue, near where his friend Dr. Goodchild buried the blue or sapphire bowl, in the keeping of The Chalice Well Trustees. For a full account of this, please refer to “The Avalonians” by Patrick Bentam. The river Brue flows into the sea to the west of Burnham-on-Sea.
Whilst in the grounds of Glastonbury Abbey, Fiona Macleod wrote the following:-
“From the silence of time, time's silence borrow.
In the heart of today is the word of tomorrow.
The builders of joy are the children of tomorrow.
The time following the death of Jean Dobson and the move to Burnham on Sea has not been without sorrow but the new Sanctuary has a peaceful, healing atmosphere which we are building upon so that it becomes a place of joy and understanding, expressed so well in the words set to “Song of Joy” from Beethoven's 9th Symphony.
“We'll sing a song of joy
of peace and understanding”
The Winds of Truth channellings state that:- “Beethoven, Greig, Chopin, Purcell, Mozart, Stanford and Elgar and many others- souls of Yanini (Lemuria) – came to earth to raise the earth vibrations through music.
We hold a “Healing Book” which rests on the table in the Sanctuary, names are read out on Tuesdays at the healing meeting. Please let us know if you would like any names added including animals who need absent healing.
We pray that the sanctuary will be an oasis of relaxation, personal development and healing, a peaceful, welcoming and Spiritual refuge from the stresses and conflicts of the material life, for all who are guided here.
